  • What is a Title 24 calculation, and do I need one for my project?
    Title 24 calculations are required by the California Energy Code (Part 6) to demonstrate your building project meets minimum energy efficiency standards. Whether your project is residential or non-residential, a Title 24 Part 6 calculation is usually required to obtain a building permit.
  • What's the difference between residential and non-residential
    Residential energy calculations cover single-family homes, ADUs, remodels, and multifamily dwellings up to three stories. Non-residential energy calculations apply to commercial buildings, offices, retail, industrial spaces, and high-rise residential buildings. Each type follows specific Title 24 Part 6 requirements.
  • How do I submit my plans to start the energy calculation process?
